CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Johnthony Walker is behind bars again, this time in Nashville, after being arrested and charged with aggravated statutory rape.
The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office says he was booked around 9:45 p.m. Thursday.
Nashville Police tweeted that Walker is accused of engaging in sex with a 14 year old girl at the local home where he was staying.
His bond is $340,000 and he is awaiting trial for this felony charge.

Walker was driving a school bus in Chattanooga when it crashed, killing six Woodmore Elementary School children. He was sentenced earlier this year.

UPDATE: Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office Communications Director Melydia Clewell tells News 12 the district attorney is considering asking for his bond to be revoked.
