1 head romaine lettuce, cleaned, core removed, chopped (about 6-8 cups)
1 medium cucumber, diced (about 1 1/2 cup)
2 roma tomatoes, cored and diced (about 1 1/2 cup)
1 avocado, peeled, pit removed, diced
2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
Ranch dressing ,for serving
4 Dale’s Zesty Grilled Chicken Breasts (recipe below)
Dale’s Steak Sauce, for serving
Fried Onions, for serving
Divide the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, eggs, and bacon among 4 bowls. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
Slice the chicken breasts and arrange over top of the salad. Drizzle with Dale’s Steak Sauce. Top with crunchy fried onions, if you like.
