CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Chattanooga Police have made an arrest in Friday’s shooting on East 48th Street.

51-year-old Marvin Fallins was arrested Friday night and charged with Criminal Homicide and Unlawful Possession of a weapon.

Fallins is accused of killing 29-year-old Frank Usher on Wilson Road in the Emma Wheeler Homes.

Investigators say that they were able to quickly identify Fallins as a suspect and his location.

Fallins is currently in the Hamilton County Jail.

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a shooting this evening in the Alton Park area.

It happened On East 48th Street in the Emma Wheeler Homes.

Police tell us a male victim suffered a life-threatening wound.
