LAFAYETTE, Georgia (WDEF) – LaFayette Police are asking for the public’s help to find a nursing home employee wanted for a sexual assault.
But a pair of nursing home employees also face charges in the case.
The original victim reported a sexual assault to the head nurse, who then told a social worker at Pruitt Health Care Shepherd Hills.
They told a detective that they planned to follow up with the victim when things got less hectic, but forgot about it.
Police were only notified four days later by a family member.
22 year old Henrii Hosue Reynoso was charged with Aggravated Sodomy, but fled.
The nursing home employees will face charges of failure to report abuse.
