Brainerd High School Student found with Unloaded gun on school grounds


CHATTANOOGA, Tenn (WDEF) – A Brainerd High School student gets arrested for bringing a handgun to school.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office says the student was searched, and the unloaded gun was found in their possession.

The student was then arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center.

They now face a charge of Carrying a Dangerous Weapon on School Grounds.
