HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — A murder suspect on the TBI’s most wanted list was arrested on Sunday in Hamilton County.
James David Robinson is now in custody.

TBI agents say he is one of the suspects in the murder of Jacob Dakota Moore in Polk County.
In October of 2018, skeletal remains were found by hunters on Benton Mountain. The remains were later identified as Moore.
Robinson is charged with one count of First Degree Murder, one count of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, four counts of Especially Aggravated Robbery, four counts of False Imprisonment, one count of Criminal Conspiracy, and four counts of Interference with an Emergency Call.
Another suspect in the case was arrested on Thursday in Georgia. Askia Witherow is charged him with one count of First Degree Murder, one count of Especially Aggravated Burglary, four counts of Especially Aggravated Robbery, one count of Kidnapping, four counts of False Imprisonment, and four counts of Interference with an Emergency Call. Witherow was booked into the Catoosa County Jail without bond, pending extradition to Tennessee.
