TRENTON, Georgia (WDEF) – Lora Leeanne Wooten has pleaded guilty to charges from a chase in Dade County that cost the chief deputy there a leg.
She gets a 40 year sentence, but will serve 15.
Wooten was chased from Fort Payne Alabama last August in connection to a burglary there.
During the chase, her vehicle hit Major Tommy Bradford who was laying down a spike strip.
She originally faced a multitude of charges ranging from burglary to attempted assault on a Police Officer.
