CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Probably the most honored First Responder in the Tennessee Valley over the last few months is Chattanooga Fire Captain Steve Everett.
His quick response…even though he was off-duty at the time…saved a life, and reinforced the fact that these public servants are really never off duty.
