From this, investigators say they determined that there were two shooters.

The report says surveillance video showed a maroon colored vehicle and what appeared to be a Chrysler sedan pull onto Bradt Street near the crime scene.

After that, detectives say multiple shots were heard and two vehicles, a possible Chrysler sedan and what appeared to be a silver Nissan sedan fled the scene.

A witness told police that a heated debate occured involving Kevion “Lil Si” Hubbard minutes before the murder.

Police say they were able to identify the owners of the two vehicles seen in surveillance video.

According to the report, witnesses helped police identify close associates of Kevion “Lil Si” Hubbard. One of which was Williams, who’s handgun permit was found at the scene.

Witnesses told police that they saw Sherquilla Hubbard drive onto Bradt Street, according to the affavidit.

The report goes on to say that the witness told investigators that Montrell Williams and Kevion Hubbard shot the men.

Investigators say that surveillance video confirmed the eye witnesses testimony that Mr. Hubbard and Williams shot and killed Kevin Crayton.

The report says that Ms. Hubbard is charged for “driving the shooters to that location and then providing their escape.”

23 year old Montrell Williams is charged with criminal homicide, attempted first degree murder, and possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony.

24 year old Sherquilla Hubbard is charged with attempted first degree murder and criminal homicide.

Kevion Hubbard has not been booked into the Hamilton County Jail. We’ve reached out to police to confirm whether or not he has been taken into custody or if there is an active search for his whereabouts.
