A woman living on Pebblestone Drive reported that he came up on her back porch around 6:15 AM and watched her getting dressed through the windows.

When she realized he was there, he ran.

“A frightening experience for anyone, male or female, especially female, that some unknown man is looking in your window as you’re preparing to go to work or preparing to retire for the evening. It’s an invasion of privacy, very unsettling, and we take it very serious,” Sheriff Steve Wilson said. “The crime is a felony. Peeping tom is a felony. Trespassing is a misdemeanor. So there are two or three charges that this person could face if we can identify who the suspect was.”

He said a witness saw the man run off.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’10 to 6 feet tall, with dark hair, who is between 25 to 30 years old.

He was wearing dark blue or black athletic shorts with a white strip, tennis shoes and no shirt.

The sheriff said he may be a frequent early morning runner.

The sheriff added that something like this never happens in the area.

He said since the incident, the office has worked to increase their presence in the community.
