CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – How much can you fit into a downtown parking space?
Sixty-five groups and individuals gave it a try today during the 10th annual “parking day.”
The city set aside the mini-parks in metered spots on east MLK starting at 11 a.m.
A variety of nonprofits, for profits, community groups and government entities filled them with live torch painting, music, photography, and a variety of games, crafts and art.
These UTC students were focused on the Center for Global Education.
The River City Company, the economic development engine for Downtown Chattanooga, sponsored the event to cultivate and advocate for a vibrant and healthy downtown.
