The family event kicks off with a 5K Cancer Walk.

There’s plenty of ice cream and other food vendors, plus health and wellness activities.

There’s also an ice cream eating contest for both kids and adults.

The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Piedmont Park.

If you decide to stick around Atlanta after the festival, you can check out Idina Menzel in concert.

The voice of Queen Elsa in Disney’s FROZEN movie will be performing at the Fox Theatre.

The show starts at 8 p.m.

Now to another Disney favorite – High School Musical.

You can see the popular made for TV movie come to life on stage, Saturday, in Nashville.

Twenty-two of the Music City’s top child actors will perform in the musical, presented by the Street Theatre Company.

There are two shows – one at 2 p.m., the other at 7 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Church.

Another option for a music and light show is at the Nashville Adventure Science Center.

Sit inside a 63-foot dome for a laser show, featuring millions of stars and digital imagery – all while listening to music from Queen to Michael Jackson.

Saturday night’s shows are at 8, 9 and 10 p.m.

If you’d rather stay in the Scenic City, there’s always the Top Tomato Festival on Sunday.

Whether you think it’s a fruit or a vegetable, you’ll be able to find tomatoes galore at the event.

Sample different kinds of Bloody Marys from several local restaurants, or just shop at the Chattanooga Market.

The festival is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the First Tennessee Pavilion.
