Walker County human remains identified

WALKER COUNTY, Georgia (WDEF) – We now know the identity of a body found last week in Walker County.

The Walker County Sheriff’s Office discovered the remains in a shallow grave last Friday morning.

The G-B-I took the body to a crime lab for an autopsy.

The Chattanooga Police Department has confirmed to us the victim found on Lookout Mountain was Bradley Powell.

Powell was the focus of a Chattanooga missing person’s case.

There is no cause of death at this point.
