Four people arrested in ATF and Chattanooga PD drug raid

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee(WDEF) – A drug raid by ATF agents and Chattanooga police turned up bags of drugs and a weapon.

It happened Thursday evening at a residence in the 2400 block of Glass Street.

Anthony Davis, 24, of Chattanooga is facing three drug charges as well as a charge of illegal possession of a firearm. He already had a warrant for his arrest in connection to a May 21 child abuse case.

Demarvius Leaster, 27, of Red Bank, Robert Allen, 25 of Chattanooga and Michael Jenkins, 23, of Chattanooga were also arrested during the raid and now face drug charges. Jenkins had an active warrant for a probation violation.


According to the arrest affidavit, Chattanooga police narcotics unit along with ATF agents executed a narcotics search warrant at Davis’s home.

When officers and agents entered the residence, they found marijuana they believed was being sold. They also found bags of crack cocaine and ecstasy pills.

Agents also located a gun.

According to police, Davis and Leaster are known gang members.
