Deputies were called to a Hothouse community residence Wednesday night.
The caller said there was a domestic dispute and that the male party had been shot.
Deputies found Brickman’s 70-year-old husband suffereing from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to Copper Basin Medical Center and later flown to Erlanger, but he died from his injuries early Thursday morning.Investigators found out that Brickman and her husband were having an argument before the shooting.
They arrested Brickman on charges of Assault With A Deadly Weapon With Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury and Murder.
She’s being held without bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on September 2nd.
