Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Earlier this year in September, Jasmine Adkins was found dead on Market Street. She had been at Chocolate City Lounge just before she was shot in a parking lot across the street. Adkins daughter, Journee, was just 7-months old.

        This will be the first Christmas for Journee and she will experience it without her mom.

        Officers from the Chattanooga Police Department and the Fraternal Order of Police along with other donors in the area are partnering together to try and help Journee and make this holiday special for her.

        On Friday, several officers delivered the donated supplies to her home.
