Bradley County Sheriff’s Office units responded to a reported disturbance at a private residence in northern Bradley County Thursday night. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male sitting in a chair inside the house, dressed in camouflage clothing and talking to himself. He had two rifles in his possession, leading Sheriff Eric Watson to request the assistance of SWAT. After communicating with the man for some five hours, he exited the house with the two weapons, surrendering to officers at that time. There were no injuries; the man was taken to Sky Ridge Medical Center for evaluation.
