Youth Violence: Solutions

The problem is there is no discipline in todays homes.We need to focus on the Ex-convicts that are getting out of prison that have been exposed to such environments of different cultures of gangs.See the prisoners play the low key in and have the young children doing the crimes for them to keep from going back to prison.Then we are also dealing with the children in some cases that were crack babies that are not normal and have no remorse or respect for people and just don't know because of what is in their system.We have many Churches here in the City of Chattanooga,why aren't we coming together getting involve? What we need to do is stop letting fear take over our lives and go back to having faith and get more focused on raising our children.
