This should cause a major uproar within the community. This type of thing will continue to go on aslong as no one does nothing. It also should concern parents that "Any course of corrective action could not not be made public", laws that keep the public in the dark are dangerous. Our children should not be subjected to these things period. Then to allow a co-worker of the accused to discipline them without anyone knowing whether or not it was just punishment for the crime? This should be stopped now!
