Contact the Chattanooga Remote Encoding Center. They are still open and two of the managers from the obsolete Tampa REC are still employed there. (Art Wilt and David Foster)
Perhaps they could get you another reference letter.

closing of Tampa FL & Chattanooga REC sites
I worked for the Tampa REC as a TE from 2002-2007. I'm trying to get info as to who I can contact to get a reference letter (they gave me a general one when I left & I lost it). Does anyone know who I can contact to get such information ??
