I just saw this and I wanted to take a moment to say "Thank You" to the many supporters of this action. As noted above, it is a tragedy that anyone has to take these measures just to get the fairness that we all should have when we walk into a family court. This action was obviously not just the work of two persons, there are many of us all around the country working together, UNITING towards these necessary changes. Everything that we all do everyday is out of the love that we have for our children and grandchildren.

What we are doing truly is *in the best interest of our children*, not just a mantra like the court spews out at every opportunity. We really do care about our children's best interests. With that said, why is it that this countries family courts and all of the bottom feeders that make their living destroying families are allowed to continue? Generations have been destroyed, Society as a whole is in turmoil, why? Fatherlessness. It is time for a change and we will never go away.

Speaking of not going away, when will Governor Schwarzenegger and Governor Strickland stand up and do the right thing as requested in our demands? An investigation of the family courts is all we are asking, why not use some of the billions of dollars which are generated from the *Federal Incentive to Destroy Families Program* or the Social Security Act, 42 USC 451, title 4-D? What is happening in this countries family courts is no longer a secret, it has been going on for all too long, folk songs have even been written about the injustice in family court. Well, it's time for a new tune, one about the change.

Ready for a change? stand up and say, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I AM MAD AS HELL AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE. Now go to our website at: www.f4j.us. It’s pretty pathetic that it has to come to things like this. But I am a mid 50’s white male, college educated, did everything right except for marrying a woman that basically flipped her lid and had the family money to do whatever she wanted with the court (THAT THE COURT MADE VERY EASY). The result is two young women have grown up 5 miles from their father in the last 10 yrs (one from age 13 to 23 and the other from age 9 to 19) without every saying a word to him or laying an eye on him BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The family courts are totally and unequivocally out of control and no one seems to care. But the cost of taking care of these children’s future mal-adjusted mental/emotional states and the problems that come from that will be astronomical – it has destroyed my heart and much of my belief in this country to see what the courts are doing to their own citizens. I applaud these men – they are what real fathers are about, the ones that TRULY fight out of love for their children. If you truly want details, if you want to know what is really happening in the courts – look into what these men are saying. It’s all true –

Once again it takes ordinary people doing extraordinary things to get your attention for a worthy cause. With a failing and dysfunctional court system that forces a "Winner and a Loser" in the fight for our children, anything that can bring attention to this crisis is a good thing. And when each "Winner" is announced, a Mother or a Father somewhere gets their heart ripped from their chest. And the real losers are the children, for they are now removed from a loving parent. I only wish that I was up there with them.

Thanks for your story on the fathers 4 Justice Dads on top of the crane. The public needs to know of the corruption and bias nature of the Family Courts. blacks and whites are equal, men and women are equal, lets make mothers and fathers equal!

Why, you may ask, are these fathers on a crane in Columbus OH. Fathers are being robbed daily by the family court system of their inalienable rights to parent their children. This is unjust and blatantly denies constitutional rights.

I'm a grandma and I'm being denied time with my grandkids because of these laws that are made entirely to enrich the court system at the expense of the quality of our children's lives. We desperately have to get these laws changed.

These brave fathers are bringing attention to the inequities and I applaud them.

F4J USA men of steel will stay atop crane at Ohio State University 'indefinitely' .

Columbus, OH

Ohio State University Buckeye fans yesterday witnessed the aerial accomplishments of Fathers-4-Justice (F4J) superheroes Spiderman and Batman.

Though the football game has finished and fans have headed home, 36 hours later, the Superhero Duo of Superman and Spiderman remain solid in their resolve.

Perched 100' up on a construction crane and stringing a banner reading "Stop the War on Fatherhood", the superheroes, Donald Tenn of California and Paul Fisher of Ohio are continuing the long F4J tradition of 'climbing mountains' for their children.

The pair have vowed to remain in place until Governor Strickland of Ohio and Governor Schwarzenegger of California initiate investigations into gender biases in family courts.

With business set to resume on the campus construction site tomorrow AM pressure is expected to increase on the pair to abandon their action.

" What else is there to lose?" says Donald Tenn, F4J US California Coordinator.

The men are equipped with food and water for several days.
