Valerie, you may need to wait for the video to load past that point, and then click on the progress bar to rewind the video. Another user noticed this issue too, but said they click ahead and the audio/video returned, so they went back to the "bad spot" and it then played fine.

Hey I really wanted to see this interview as I'm a big fan of Moonlight and Alex but 13 seconds into the interview the video cuts off. Is there some way it can be repaired to watch the entire interview?
