three years old and recently performed on Nashville
Star. Her band mixes Southern rock, bluegrass

Johnny Neel & Russell Gully
Fort Payne, Alabama's own blues wizard matched
with Nashville's own Johnny Neel - played
keyboards for the Allman Brothers and other
famous rock bands.

6:15
Within the Eddy

This rock and alternative metal band from
L.A. takes their name from the word eddy
which means a current of energy running
contrary to main current, yet they insist
that definition in itself is limiting of their sound.
7:45
Luna Halo

This band definitely wears the label of
Riverbend 2008's "See them now" artist.
Chances are, Luna Halo will soon be
replacing The Killers, Panic! At the Disco,
and My Chemical Romance over the next
few months.

   6:15
Secondary Character

Acoustic/folk rock/alternative sound
who has shared the stage with John Mayer.
7:45
Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue

This brilliant young man exudes confidence
and has every reason to. He is the face, voice,
and sound of a resurgent New Orleans music
scene. There has never been a musician that
has played this instrument like this before.

9:15
Nick Moss & The Flip Tops

Rhythm & Blues at it's finest.

6:15
Katy Moffatt & Fosie Flores

This honey-voiced duo have joined forces
to form an incredibly talented tandem of
song-writing perfection and highly enjoyable
stage personas. Riverbend's double-dipping this
year with a set by the duo and as individuals
in the singer-songwriter roundtable on the
Tennessee Valley Credit Union Stage.

9:15
Monte Mongomery

Of all our side-stage acts this year, Monte
probably has more YouTube and Myspace hits
than the rest combined. His stunning virtuosic
takes on classics such as "Little Wing" and
"Voodoo Chile" will leave you breathless.

5:00
Static

Static plays classic rock music, with blues and Southern roots. The group creates a unique
layered guitar experience that combines original music and classic cover songs of the rock era.

at it's best.

  6:15
Dismembered Tennesseans

Chattanooga, Tennessee's equivalent
to a bluegrass Mount Rushmore. These
seasoned professionals have played with
just about everybody you can name in the
genre, and were proud to have them kick
off a night solely devoted to bluegrass on
the South's most unique stage.

7:45
Shannon Whitworth

The heart-melting voice of North Carolina's
biscuit burners goes solo. Shannon's new
five-piece band brings mountain music that
aches and shouts from Ashville to Chatt-Town.

9:15
The Greencards

When one thinks of Australia, one doesn't
normally think of bluegrass music. That will
all change after one viewing of the Greencards
on stage. A non-traditional approach to the
South's most revered art form, the Greencards
own every crowd that's lucky enough to see
them perform. Crowd favorite at the Four
Sisters Festival last year.
