We know a lot more now about the University of Florida student who was tased after disrupting a speech by John Kerry.
Andrew Meyer was released from jail on Tuesday, and isn't talking.
[0]But his attorney calls the case an example of police brutality.
Meyer has a webpage dedicated to his political activism and his YouTube stunts.
This summer, when the Harry Potter book came out, he wore a sign in the street saying "Harry Dies" just to see what people would do to him.
But for the University, this story is no laughing matter.
After much criticism about how campus security handled the situation, They've suspended two officers and asked for an outside investigation.
[0]University President J. Bernard Machen says he is requesting the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate the arrest.

[0]A University of Florida student who was tasered and arrested at a forum with U.S. Senator John Kerry is scheduled to appear in court this morning.
University officials say Andrew Meyer got upset during a question and answer session at the forum. While as many as four police officers tried to remove Meyer from the room, he started to shout and was eventually tasered.
According to Alachua County jail records, Meyer faces charges of resisting an officer and disturbing the peace. Videos of the incident posted on several Web sites show officers pulling Meyer away from the microphone after he asks Kerry about impeaching President Bush and whether he and Bush were both members of the secret Skull and Bones society at Yale University.
A university spokesman says the university police will conduct an internal investigation on the incident.
