Chattanooga parties Saturday at the newly renovated 100-year old city hall, which is now open to the public.
An estimated 3-thousand people came to take part in the noon ceremonies, and they brought their kids.
WDEF News 12's photo-journalist Ashley Henderson takes us there for a taste of the sights and sounds.
