Here's how it works! In order to audition you must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the application. Applications will be made available for downloading right here on WDEF.com very soon so check back as it's strongly recommended that you fill out your application ahead of time and bring it with you to the Survivor Tent at Riverbend. Applications will also be made available on-site. Come to the WDEF News 12 Tent prepared to audition between 6:00PM-9:00PM nightly. Opportunities to audition are not guaranteed and time slots are going to be available on a first come first serve basis. In front of a WDEF News 12 camera and producer, contestants will be asked to talk up to 2 minutes about why they should be chosen to compete on Survivor! Each contestant will be timed and stopped at 2 minutes. Keep this in mind...Survivor producers watching the audition tapes will be looking for the following traits: strong-willed, outgoing, adventurous, physically and mentally adept, and adaptable to new environments and can demonstrate interesting liseftyles, backgrounds and personalities. WDEF News 12 will be working in cooperation with CBS and Survivor to send tapes of the casting call along with applications to be viewed by the show producers. Some will be invited to NEXT LEVEL interviews if their audition catches the eye and interest of show producers. Only those selected for NEXT LEVEL interviews by CBS will be contacted.
