Our Fitness Trainer Jack Silberman continues to get us in shape during our 12 Weeks to a New You. We have all lost some pounds and increased our cardiovascular and weight baring ability.
On this morning's show... Jack demostrated some of the exercises from his new fit class that we are attending on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are focusing on stability. These exercises really help everyone keep from falling during daily activities. And these exercises are harder than they look! Just try em!!!
