It's week #9 for our "12 Weeks to a New You" and we are all losing weight. Granted we are at times hitting a plateau and staying stable...but Jack says that's completely normal.
This week we are focusing on our abs! Everyone wants flat abs for summer. And as we have learned...the best way to get them is simply to work for them. If you click on the video above...Jack and Joanna, another personal trainer, shows us some great ab exercises that give you results.
