We are 8 weeks into 12 Weeks To A New You with WDEF News 12 This Morning and our Fitness Trainer Jack Silberman. I am happy to report that all three of us are losing weight. I am finally starting to lose a few pounds. I don't really know why it is just starting to work.. but I'm very happy. I'm almost 10 pounds down. I still have a lot of weight to lose but at least I'm headed in the right direction. The difference has to be the diet. I have always done a good job at exercising and making the most of my fitness time but the eating is always hard. Now I am writing down everything I eat and it helps me to eat 6 small meals a day instead of a few large meals. So if you are working out and not seeing a change on the scale.. stay with it. Sooner or later it will work. GOOD LUCK!
