12 Weeks to a New You

We are over half way done with 12 Weeks to a New You and everyone is doing pretty good!!! Sometimes I feel like we are on a rollercoaster with this weight-loss...one day you are down and the next you are up. It can get stressful if you really think about it, but the thing to do is just focus on your goal. This week, we want to provide some more exercises you can do at home. We are focusing on the back muscles and shoulder muscles. In the video below, I am working on strengthening my back and Brian is working on building up those shoulder muscles. In order to really tone those muscles, the best thing to do is around 12-15 repetitions and complete three sets.
