So we are finishing our 5th week...and we are all feeling the changes. On this morning's show, Jack Silberman showed us some exercises that can completely transform your legs. It is four simple exercises that require a minimum of equipment. And doing these exercises can get those legs in shape before swimsuit season.
The exercises with the band....you can do those with or without the band. If you do the exercise without, just make sure you can feel the muscles working. And the exercise with the ball....if you don't have an exercise ball, you can always use a few pillows.
