We all know how hard it is to get out to the gym every day...and sometimes it's just easier to do some exercises at home. But what if you don't have all that heavy equipment? Jack Silberman has come up with several exercises that you can do at home...and you only need a few things. The only equipment we use in these exercises are dumbbells. The first exercise you will see in this video is what we like to call "Jump Push"...this exercise will work your legs and arms. The next exercise is arm curls that work your biceps and shoulders. And the last exercise are lunges with weights...these will really work every part of your leg!!! Each week we will post new video of some good exercises to work different parts of your body. ENJOY AND WORK HARD!!!!
