President Greets Debbie Chadwick

The President hands out a Volunteer Services Award each time he visits a community.

For his Chattanooga trip, he picked Debbie Chadwick.

She has logged more than 43-hundred hours of volunteer service at the Missionary Ridge Life Care Center, even though she has Downs Syndrone.

Debbie told us yesterday she planned to plant a kiss on the President and she did.

She also got a posed picture and a hug.
