     So what exactly is "12 Weeks to a NEW YOU"? Well, we are hoping that in 12 weeks, you will see some changes in some of the WDEF News 12 This Morning crew.

     We are hoping to get in better shape and learn to eat healthier. And all of this is with the help of Personal Fitness Trainer Jack Silberman.

     Over the next 12 weeks, you will see the ups and downs of exercise and diet as our Rachel Oesch, Brian Smith, and Morning Producer Tiffany Roy try their best to get in shape. And you will see it all....the sweat, frustration, and hopefully success.

     Plus we will also post video and pictures of our progress right here online. And don't forget, every Friday on WDEF News 12 This Morning, you will get an update on how everyone is doing.
