Week two of the animal abuse trial against Annette Mobley continues in Marion County. She faces more than 60 counts of animal abuse after the Perry Link shelter was closed in June of 2005. Prosecutors today called Hamilton County Animal Shelter manager Guy Bilyeu to the stand. Bilyeu came to the site once authorities were notified of the problems at the Perry Link shelter. During his testimony, Bilyeu described the horrible conditions inside he saw first hand. Guy Bilyeau/ Hamilton County Animal Shelter "The odor outside told me there was a problem, and then the odor inside was overwhelming." The defense claims it was someone else, and not Annette Mobley, who abused and neglected the animals.
