Brittanie Holland's classic Vespa comes pretty close to competing with its newer counterparts. But she warns some people might want to think twice about going with two wheels. Otherwise, they come highly recommended. Howard, "Oh, buy one.They'll have a blast." Scooters can cost any where from around $2,000 used to around $5,000 dollars new depending on the model.
