A News 12 update on Volkswagen's plans to locate its new U-S plant at Chattanooga's Enterprise South.
VW executives are in town to meet with state and local officials to begin laying down a timetable to build the $1-billion plant.
They also will reportedly discuss recruiting, permitting, and other start-up issues.
