That's the concept unveiled this week in New York behind a new skyscraper.
But the 80 story tower will actually be built in Dubai.
The Italian architect designed spinning floors, hung like rings around an immobile cement core.
[0]The floors will be in constant motion, giving residents an ever-changing view of the Persian Gulf and the city.
The design also uses wind turbines between floors to generate the power needed to keep the building moving.
These will be the ultimate mobile homes, built in a factory, anchored at the site, and always mobile.

[0]But New York already has a new architectural feature up and running around the city for the summer.
They are bringing waterfalls from the country into the city.
Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson has built 4 man-made waterfalls along the East River and New York Harbor.
[0]Two of them are at the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges.
The waterfalls range from 90 to 120 feet high and cost the city $15 Million.
