Chattanooga's Housing Authority is cutting 30 employees from its payroll, including Executive Director Bob Dull.
Dull voluntarily submitted his resignation Wednesday.
Twenty-nine other staffers were informed of their job losses Thursday.
The agency is trying to fix a four-point-five million dollar shortfall.
In February the Housing Authority cut another 26 positions.
Officials hope this cut is the last.
Cheryl Marsh, Chattanooga Housing Authority's Public Information Officer says, "We feel that we have made the necessary adjustments to deal with our financial situation and we are hopeful that by the end of 2009 we will be at a healthy financial state."
Marsh says the staff cuts will not mean a reduction in services.
