KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Perennial gubernatorial candidate and anti-illegal immigration activist Carl "Two Feathers" Whitaker has sued Dollywood theme park for $5.5 million. Whitaker, who claims some American Indian ancestry, says he was racially harassed by a co-worker when he worked as a games attendant at the theme park last year. He says his complaints to a supervisor were ignored and he was fired in January. Now he's suing in federal court. Dollywood spokesman Pete Owens says the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission threw out a similar complaint Whitaker filed with that the agency and he's confident the courts will do the same.
