Darryl Hill says he picked up the M-P-3 player at a Wal-Mart in Sparta Tennessee. The Christmas gift was meant to bring joy, instead it brought tears. Hill says the player was loaded with explicit songs and pornographic sex clips. He says within ten minutes of using the MP3, his daughter was in tears. Hill says he just wishes he could get those "thoughts and images" out of her head. He thinks someone purchased the MP3 and loaded it with the offensive material before returning it to Wal-Mart... where he ended up buying it. Wal-Mart is investigating the incident. A spokesman says employees are not supposed to put opened packages back on the sales floor.
The company did offer to replace the M-P-3 video player. For now Hill says no thanks to a replacement. He's holding on to the X-rated MP3 player until he can consult a lawyer about suing Wal-Mart
