A company with local ties faces questions due to the economy...
The Yellow Freight Roadway Express company has a terminal in Ringgold.
Parent company YRC Worldwide is trying to use 95% of its common stock to satisfy outstanding debt.
The move and other cost saving efforts have caused some to claim bankruptcy was eminent, but no such filings have been made with the SEC.
When questioned about the company's stability YRC officials said, "We don't respond to rumors."
