Woman Faces Charges for Babysitting

"I was like oh my gosh oh my gosh!"

WHEN SHE OPENED THE LETTER FROM THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES THREATENING TO PUT HER IN JAIL..LISA SNYDER SAYS SHE PANICKED.

"I immediately called my husband oh my gosh im threatened to be put in jail and fined."

SNYDER IS FACING POSSIBLE PROSECUTION BECAUSE FOR A FEW MINUTES IN THE MORNING TWO OF HER FRIENDS LITTLE BOYS WAIT FOR THE SCHOOL BUS AT HER HOUSE. 

"That's our bus."

THE SCHOOL BUS STOPS AT THE SNYDER HOUSE...

"Uhm, I'm a bus stop."

HER FRIENDS DROP THEIR BOYS OFF ON THE WAY TO WORK. AND SNYDER PUTS THEM ON THE BUS ALONG WITH HER CHILDREN.

"My 7 year old was getting on here the first 8 days of school that's what started this whole deal."

"My child is only here 20 minutes and it's not everyday."

"How much you getting paid?"

'Nothing we're friends helping friends."

"I think this is an embarrassing overreach of our government."
