Who's Buying the Alcohol

We all know that it's illegal to drink if you're under 21. But underage drinking remains prevalent. So how do minors get the alcohol?

According to the CDC, the number one way youngsters get their hands on alcohol is from friends. They also get it by having someone over 21 buy it for them. Fake IDs help others get drinks. Others steal it from the store or from home. Doctors urge parents to secure their alcohol at home. Also talk to your kids about the dangers of drinking and most importantly don't provide alcohol for your kids.

Underage drinking can lead to a range of social, legal and physical problems. So keep the alcohol out of young hands. Stay safe and healthy.
