KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Ward Dobbs' 24-yard interception return

for a touchdown helped Wyoming beat Tennessee 13-7, sending the

Vols and outgoing coach Phillip Fulmer to another loss.

Tennessee won't be sending Fulmer out with a bowl game as the

loss will keep it from becoming bowl eligible for only the second

time in the coach's 17-year career. Fulmer announced Monday that he

was being forced out at the end of the season.

It's only the second time in history Tennessee has piled up

seven losses in a season. The loss also ensures the second losing

season in Fulmer's career.

Wyoming, which grabbed its first road win of the season, should

think about scheduling more games at Southeastern Conference

venues. The last time Wyoming went on the road to the SEC, the

Cowboys beat Mississippi on Sept. 24, 2005.
