Catoosa County experiences its first homicide of the year -- on Halloween.
Authorities say Terry Hagen went to a on the corner of Everglades Boulevard and East State Line Road.
Investigators say Hagen shot Scott Snodgrass in the arm outside the home, then went inside and fatally shot his estranged wife Lisa in the chest.
Terry Hagan faces murder and aggravated assault charges.
WDEF News 12 uncovered court documents that show Terry and Lisa Hagen filed for divorce in January.

ROSSVILLE — Lisa Diane Hagan, 44, departed this life Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009.
Visitation will be held after 4 p.m. today.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at noon in the funeral home chapel.
Arrangements are by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
