UPDATE: Names Released In Fatal Cagal Mountain Crash

We now know the names of the two victims killed in a wreck on Cagle Mountain Friday night. 71-year-old Wayne Seals died when his Ford Taurus struck the back of a tractor trailer. His 3-year-old great grandson Randy Rothwell was also killed. The wreck is still under investigation. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the wreck.
