Tran Returns to Catoosa County to Face Double Murder Charges

The East Ridge man accused of killing two teens earlier this month in Catoosa County has returned to Georgia.
Catoosa County deputies returned Phu Thien Tran Thursday night from Pennsylvania to face two counts of felony murder.
Tran turned himself in to Pennsylvania authorities June 10th.
He's accused of killing Toby Tahaboua, 17, the apparent target, and a 13-year-old bystander, while trying to collect a debt June 7th in Lakeview.
