Tennessee has a new partner in developing biofuels.
On Wednesday, Governor Bredesen announced a deal with the DuPont corporation in the Knoxville area.
They will build a miniature bio-refinery as a pilot program.
It will take corn cobs and switchgrass from Tennessee farms and turn them into ethanol for fuel.
Here are comments from Governor Phil Bredesen.
