Chattanooga police say a joint federal, state and local investigation in the June 26th fire bombing of a Highland Park duplex has led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man.
They booked Montez Menifee at the Hamilton County Jail last night.
The fire was one of several incidents that followed the stabbing death of LaTony Johnson at East Lake Courts Last Thursday.
Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 28-year-old Courrie Long for that slaying.
